Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Handmade Products
Our sensory kits are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in color or appearance are a natural part of the handmade process and make each kit unique.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase (if eligible). Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you'd like.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
