Processing time
Most physical orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During holidays or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be noted on the product page.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the size of the order and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information is sent by email.
Digital products
Printable activities are delivered instantly after purchase. You’ll receive immediate access to download your files so you can print and begin learning right away.
